The templates proposed here are from TemplateMonsters.com, the leader in the business. I propose here only the osCommerce templates, which means that the template is already integrated inside osCommerce. However, the osCommerce version is probably not up-to-date with all latest bugs and security patches. There are plenty of sites selling these exactly same templates, without telling their origin. I prefer personally that things are clear: I have not created these templates, the financial transaction is handled directly by TemplateMonster and the commission I receive motivates me to continue helping osCommerce fans and support my preferred contributions, like STS.
